Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying any of our products.  If any part of your experience is not enjoyable, please let us know so that we can make it right.

Where is my order?

HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER:

1. Our manufacturer actually produces your items after you place your order. This process can take up to roughly 10 days.

2. Once your items are ready, we will ship them immediately and notify you, with the tracking number included.

3. You should receive your items 11-14 days after you have placed your order.

4. If you do not have your order by day 14, please email us immediately at support@spiriosportsgear.com.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

 Sorry, but at this time we are not able to offer expedited shipping. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want your order, we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at support@spiriosportsgear.com and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.

Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Sorry, but at this time we do not.

 

Return policy

Our return policy lasts until 14 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at support@spiriosportsgear.com within 14 days of delivery and we will be able to assist you.  

For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. We do recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for orders being returned to us. Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
